I took my 2014 Merc passenger Sprinter 2500 2.1L with a squeal coming from either the exhaust manifold or the turbo. The crew quickly identified the problem and offered photo updates and options for repair along the way. I had previously diagnosed the problem at James Motor Company in Lexington, KY.
