these guys were great. 2 others places try to sell me a motor due to oil usage / leaks. i am outsdie of the 2008-12 oil issues with audi 2.0l motors. they replaced my pan gasket, no more oil issues at all.
I took my 2014 Merc passenger Sprinter 2500 2.1L with a squeal coming from either the exhaust manifold or the turbo. The crew quickly identified the problem and offered photo updates and options for repair along the way. I had previously diagnosed the problem at James Motor Company in Lexington, KY. They have a dedicated Mercedes Sprinter service department, and Benz Tech quoted me almost the exact same price with more flexible options. Benz Tech's price was fair and the workmanship was quality.
