My battery was dead and had to get the car towed to their shop to get it replaced. They already had a battery and replaced it in 20 mins so I was able to drive home. This is the only shop I bring my merc in! Great guys! :)

I hadn't been to this shop before, but called the owner at 5:55pm with a broken down car that I was limping back to my house and I asked him if I could drop it off so he could look at it in the morning. He said he'd keep the shop open for me until I got there. Ali met me at 6:15, took the car, called me first thing the next morning with diagnosis, and had it fixed by 4pm the following day! What service! What expertise! What kindness. He will do all my BMW work from now on.
