Sassan and Ali were wonderful in explaining what needs to be done and excellent in handling all the issues highlighted by me. Took care of the immediate problem while I waited. Rest of the items which were highlighted me, they advised me could be taken care of during the upcoming service, if really needed after checking one by one. Fair pricing. Cannot expect anything more.
TLDR: They Have Great Mastery Over Mercedes Cars BUT they Charge Very Steep Prices. Disclaimer: I am only sharing my experience, parts of it may be unique to the situation and not a routine behavior. The positive: after driving from NYC to Irvine (over 4000 miles) and having absolutely no issues with my car, I brought it in for 90k miles service.
