Called over the phone to ask for a quote specifically for a fuel pump replacement with make and model provided. Refused to give estimate over the phone and tried to treat me like an idiot. Even if the issue was something else, I wanted to know how much a pump replacement would cost. Wouldn’t even tell me his labor price over the phone and told me I’d have to bring my car in. He didn’t care that I had to get my car towed in and that I was calling around for estimates. I went elsewhere of course.
