5 Star : My Experience I sincerely thank the entire team at Benz They repaired my car as soon as possible. Whenever I had any problem, I would call them and they would answer my calls.
5 Star : My Experience Volvo did a terrible job getting the part to Benz however Benz did an AMAZING JOB communicating with me and staying on top of Volvo. We coordinated timing of drop off (key slot for Sunday drop off) and pick up around some time off. They did an amazing job on the work and even cleaned the inside of the car too. I can't tell you HOW GREAT the service, communication, and work was. These folks are top notch. I can see why State Farm has them at the VERY TOP of their list of shops.
