First I’d like to start with the positive: - Their prices are great, and photos and reviews seemed great too. - The ring is super beautiful. - My fiancé had great response time with staff as well. Negative: - When the ring arrived, my fiancé opened it to notice a diamond on the band was missing, it seemed strange that they shipped the ring off without triple checking all the diamonds. 10/10 recommend Benz & Co! I’m absolutely obsessed with my ring, and their customer service has been top notch. I had to send my ring back after I got engaged for resizing, and they were super fast to reply to my emails. They sent me a return label, resized the ring, and had it back to me in one week! The fastest shipping, great communication, and the most beautiful ring.
I absolutely love my ring! I ordered the “2 Carat Oval Cut Micropave Halo Side Stones Diamond Engagement Ring” on May 28th and received my package June 3rd. Want to give a s/o to David which is who I mostly spoke with through email after receiving my Diamond stud earrings.He was dead set on making sure I had the perfect studs to my desired perfection even if it was required for me to mail my earrings in back & forth,there were no issues on what I wanted,even made special accommodations for me to have with my earrings.If I come across other jewelry from Benz & Co I would shop again.
My new Diamond studs are really nice! Only reason I couldn't rate a overall rating of 5stars is due to the supposed FedEx 2day with my order,it was in fact not 2days,about 5 business days so keep that in mind when making a time sensitive order,they only processed the order after I sent a email,then it was only shipped after another email asking why it hasn't shipped!
