First I’d like to start with the positive: - Their prices are great, and photos and reviews seemed great too. - The ring is super beautiful. - My fiancé had great response time with staff as well. Negative: - When the ring arrived, my fiancé opened it to notice a diamond on the band was missing, it seemed strange that they shipped the ring off without triple checking all the diamonds.
