First I’d like to start with the positive: - Their prices are great, and photos and reviews seemed great too. - The ring is super beautiful. - My fiancé had great response time with staff as well. Negative: - When the ring arrived, my fiancé opened it to notice a diamond on the band was missing, it seemed strange that they shipped the ring off without triple checking all the diamonds. 10/10 recommend Benz & Co! I’m absolutely obsessed with my ring, and their customer service has been top notch. I had to send my ring back after I got engaged for resizing, and they were super fast to reply to my emails. They sent me a return label, resized the ring, and had it back to me in one week! The fastest shipping, great communication, and the most beautiful ring.

I absolutely love my ring! I ordered the “2 Carat Oval Cut Micropave Halo Side Stones Diamond Engagement Ring” on May 28th and received my package June 3rd. Speaking of packaging, the pink box was just the icing on the cake. Boxed beautifully, I felt utter thrill before I even saw the ring! I was speechless when I saw the diamond ring itself. Want to give a s/o to David which is who I mostly spoke with through email after receiving my Diamond stud earrings.He was dead set on making sure I had the perfect studs to my desired perfection even if it was required for me to mail my earrings in back & forth,there were no issues on what I wanted,even made special accommodations for me to have with my earrings.If I come across other jewelry from Benz & Co I would shop again.
