I bought a 2006 Toyota Sienna Limited from this dealership 3 weeks ago. We didn't even make it home before having major issues. This is unacceptable and infuriating!!! We paid almost $7,000 cash for this vehicle!! Both side doors aren't functioning properly, and driver's side front door needs to be welded. There's also a sound coming from the a/c compressor now as well. They did not offer to fix any of these issues. I live in MA and was looking to purchase a car from Benz auto that was posted on Craigslist. I called on Tuesday and inquired if they still had the vehicle. Called Wednesday to confirm that there was nothing wrong with it as I would be driving it 1800 miles home...they told me everything was pristine and would be good to go. I also wanted to put a deposit down on it...they wouldn't take on.
