BUY LOCALLY I purchase a transfer case for my Explorer. Once installed it cracked within 10 min. into a test drive! Benwood was helpful at first but gave me a run around. I since bought another case locally and am running strong. I also bought an engine for the same vehicle previously. Low miles, they said. It has been running a year now but has developed a nasty chain rattle upon starting. This started 6 months after purchase. Maybe just a run of bad luck but the seller knows what they are selling to you.
Monica Michelle was the best! She helped us figure out what transmission we needed for our car! It was shipped out quickly and the price couldn't be beat!!!
