Terrible service, but great tasting food. Something needs to be addressed with the staff. Our waitress was polite but did not do a good job in any aspect. 1. She got the order wrong. 2. She offered to bring us Parmesan cheese and we all said yes and instead she waited on other tables and never brought it out. 3. She also forgot to apply a coupon that was clearly mentioned. It was a mess!!
We have been coming here for years and I really like Benvenutos. I don't know what happened tonight. There were only 2 other tables of customers, but we waited for 30 minutes without even getting water. The wait staff walked past our table numerous times without even acknowledging us. Finally we left and are now at Fratellos. This was absolutely horrible.
