We had our 1980s oil tank replaced with an awesome looking new Roth oil tank. Marcus and Laz were challenged by an extremely sloped garage floor. There was no way to place the Roth tank there without using shims, which made all of us uneasy. Though it meant more work on their end, adding another couple of hours to their workday, they opted to move the tank to another corner and drill new holes for the exterior pipes. My husband and I couldn't be happier with our new oil tank and the staff at Benvenuti's. The office staff made scheduling and the associated payments a breeze. Marcus was amazing~thorough, polite, and skilled. He explained the tank installation and new features completely. We will soon schedule another tank installation in a second home. We would highly recommend Benvenuti Oil and their staff.
Outstanding technicians. Pleasant adminstrative staff. Ryan the Service Manager was knowledgable, pleasant & responsive. Samsung mini split HVAC units are excellent products with remote control but does not provide any single system control. Each unit must be separated, managed. Benvenuti failed to effectively coordinate with the subcontract electrician even though we reminding them verbally and by email well in advance of the installation.
