This was truly a wonderful experience. Great sales person, competitive pricing, clear offer, great communications with the office. 100% say-do ratio. On time and on schedule. Very competent technicians - they did a great installation job. Left the site clean and took the time to explain the Samsung splits. About Samsung- we love the windless setting. Very quiet. Also, yay we have our windows back - no more window units obstructing the view. Thanks!

Today I had my first floor and second floor AC units maintenanced by Marcus! During the service Marcus discovered a fault code on my two year old Ecoer system. He found the system was damaged and repaired it, all at the same time of cleaning both units. Marcus was professional and worked up in that hot, hot attic without complaint until the job was done. Benvenuti was great to work with to replace our HVAC system. The front office was well versed on the process & accomodating and the servicemen that worked on setting up the unit were knowledgable and professional. Highly recommend. :)
Last year Benvenuti cleaned my boiler and just recently they replaced the lines to my ductless units. Solid customer service. They returned my calls and even my emails. The first visit was thorough - pressure test and leak check to pinpoint where the micro leaks were. Steve and Marcus did a great job replacing the lines during the second visit. Came prepared, were professional, cleaned up after themselves, repaired mice damage, and sealed it all properly. They then did another pressure and leak test to verify the work.
