Bentz never disappoints. The staff is friendly and professional. The techs are very knowledgeable, respectful and courteous. They take the time to respond to any questions or concerns you may have. My air conditioning unit stopped working. The tech determined the motor was faulty. A new motor was installed and our air was running properly again within 90 minutes of the tech arriving. I highly recommend Bentz. The quality of their work is top notch. The value of their products are very reasonable.

Have used Bentz A.C. a very long time. Have known the family to be honest and fair in my dealings with them through the years. Several years ago I had them replace my entire a.c. System, including my duck work. Next year I will have my a.c. unit and carrier replaced by, (but of course), Bentz A.C. I highly recommend them.

Excellent company! This company is extremely HONEST AND CARING! They say what they will do and they do it. Always on time they are compassionate and we have found them to be totally fair and honest. Most important they are extremely knowlegible re air conditioning systems. They take care of my Moms home in Lake Placid. She is 99 and this family who owns Bents]z treats her like they would a family member. We have never had a complaint about them and in fact recommend them to all the folks we know in the area!
