Our ac was messing up called them since our house is built 2023 and AC is under them still under warranty. Sent me a technician told me the compressor was broken had to keep my AC off till they call me back for replacement. Our AC was off for over a week was so hot and had to ask my friends if i could borrow their portable ACs.I reached out to them twice and never received a call back until over a month later asking for my remaining payment billed for the technician.
