I never lived here.. I went on a tour with my sister this month and the leasing office is supper sweet they are so down to earth and chilled visted this place earlier in October 2025 the lady who gave the tour was supper cool I love this for my sister she is excited only thing she said she upset about is she wants a 4bedroom and not a 3bedroom other then that I think this place is nice every place it’s ups and downs an issues but I like it and the staff is really honestly amazing I didn’t get the attitude vibe or bad energy ... read more
The communication with the leasing office is horrible. They don’t respond to emails nor do they do they return calls… They tried to offer a drawing for a $25 dollar gift card to give a 5 star review, they couldn’t pay me $2,500 to give them 5 stars… The first day I moved in I couldn’t take a shower because there was no hot water….The entire water tank needed to be replaced, something that should’ve been known before I moved in… Although They did replace it fast, everything else has been slow… There were blinds missing on the... read more
I love the fact everything in my townhouse is updated and works good. The offices workers are very friendly.
I love living here it’s great. The staff works with me when I’m having hard times. Newly renovated it’s beautiful. I’m definitely grateful for Bentwood it’s a beautiful place to live.
