Worst company to rent from Cristy and Lindsay are very rude and unprofessional. My family was moving from out of state and the unit was infested in roaches 🪳and the unit was VERY DIRTY . Both didn’t care and laughed about the situation saying it’s not infested and welcome to Texas. My family had to dispute the charges with our credit unions thankfully we got it all back because the ladies wouldn’t refund and made it very difficult to get out of the lease. WOULDN'T RECOMMEND TO ANYONE!!!!
Have been amazing to work with and assisted in a difficult transition period of ownership of properties. Would recommend them to everyone for any and all real estate dealings, including sale, purchase, and property management. Thank you for all your help.
Very pleased so far. We’ve been in one of their rentals a few months now and really like how good they are to communicate with.
I worked with Kristi Baker, a realtor here at Bentwood and she was knowledgeable, professional and easy to work with. We unfortunately had many issues come up in the selling process with a Title company, but she and her associate Liz Kenney worked hard to resolve the issues. She returned phone calls and emails and keep us updated on issues. I highly recommend Kristi!
