The service from Benton Maintenance was all that we wanted it to be. My calls were returned very promptly. Scheduling service appointments was easy and they were able to come to our house soon after my call. The repairs took place today (less than a week since the initial call) and their work was professional and completely to our satisfaction. I contracted with Benton’s to replace a 20-year old Rinnai water heater that failed and was beyond economical repair. Justus Davis was extremely helpful coordinating the order for a new Rinnai tankless water heater. When the unit arrived, Justus and Darrel completed a professional installation. The only issue was the door/cover did not fit. The crew ordered a new door and when it arrived, it was promptly installed. I’m completely satisfied with my experience at Benton’s. Great customer service.

The customer service with this company is great. I have no issues with their reliability, efficiency, or punctuality—they arrived on time and completed the plumbing work as promised. I was charged $96.38 for the service call to evaluate my plumbing issue, which I understood and had no problem with. However, I did not like the fact that the inspection fee was not applied toward my bill after I chose to use them for the repair, I was told beforehand that it would not be.
