I must say that Tanner in plumbing was exceptional! He called prior to arriving, very friendly while he was here, excellent at explaining what I needed and how to operate my new faucet. He understood how Important this new change was for me and took great care in the installation! I am hopeful to use him again for our next project! Thank you Tanner for everything! Had a new toilet installed and shower faucet replaced. Also added an access door behind shower to be able to have access in the future. LANDON WHITE (Plumbing) did an excellent job. Arrived at time scheduled and was very efficient and knowledgeable. He also did an excellent job with post job clean up.
Highly recommend Benton's if you live in or around Columbus, Mississippi. They are very responsive and have respectable customer service. We have used their HVAC services for 3 years straight with no complaints. Shout-out to Patrick for his attentive customer support and HVAC services.
It’s an amazing experience for us to solve our heating problem during the severe cold weather with Benton’s help. The problem was done almost immediately. And the mechanician Lance Sanders also replaced our very old panel and help to clean up everything, he even shaw us how to turning on/off the air outlets. Lance Sanders also provided us several solutions for our heating and cooling systems improvements including safe issues related to. Very professional and friendly service.
