Andrew and the other nice young man ( sorry I couldn’t remember his name), did a very good job installing my new toilet. They arrive a little before time, accessed the situation and explained to me exactly what they were going to do. When they were finished, they cleaned up the area and even took my old toilet and disposed of it for me. It only took them about an hour to finish. Thank you
The service from Benton Maintenance was all that we wanted it to be. My calls were returned very promptly. Scheduling service appointments was easy and they were able to come to our house soon after my call. The repairs took place today (less than a week since the initial call) and their work was professional and completely to our satisfaction. I contracted with Benton’s to replace a 20-year old Rinnai water heater that failed and was beyond economical repair. Justus Davis was extremely helpful coordinating the order for a new Rinnai tankless water heater. When the unit arrived, Justus and Darrel completed a professional installation. The only issue was the door/cover did not fit. The crew ordered a new door and when it arrived, it was promptly installed. I’m completely satisfied with my experience at Benton’s. Great customer service.
