Highly recommend Benton's if you live in or around Columbus, Mississippi. They are very responsive and have respectable customer service. We have used their HVAC services for 3 years straight with no complaints. Shout-out to Patrick for his attentive customer support and HVAC services.
There are no words to express how grateful we were to get our hot water heater replaced during the Christmas Holidays! These guys did an excellent job and went above and beyond by bringing our ancient plumbing up to code. Their amazing good attitude in the face of some hard obstacles was quite impressive. We highly recommend Mr. Darrell and Mr. Tanner to fix the impossible! The friendly and professional customer service by Mr Justus and team was second to none! Andrew and the other nice young man ( sorry I couldn’t remember his name), did a very good job installing my new toilet. They arrive a little before time, accessed the situation and explained to me exactly what they were going to do. When they were finished, they cleaned up the area and even took my old toilet and disposed of it for me. It only took them about an hour to finish. Thank you
Patrick was on time (which I think is very important. No waiting and wondering when they would show up.) Patrick was very efficient getting right to work checking out my HVAC and making sure everything is working correctly. Great service! I would recommend getting a service plan.
