Had two great guys today! Justus and Tommy were friendly, professional and made the whole experience easy. I had a burst pipe and they were able to get it fixed in a matter of minutes and were also able to fix a few other issues that I wasn’t aware of. 10/10 would recommend them.
This company is very reliable and very communicative. Our hot water went out an they came out promptly to access the problem and ordered the part I needed an came back a put it on. Made sure everything was working properly before he left. Highly recommend for their professionalism, friendly an great customer service.
Evaluated/estimated needed repairs. Im an aircraft electrician and i feel my service to America is honorable and honest. This felt a bit to corporate to me and probably a bit more dishonest. Why? Because ive worked thousands of jobs with electrical, low voltage for the government and for universities. The cost for electrical repairs is astronomical and having served 20 years i feel that its practically a sham to charge a person 3500 for a box.
