Family run business, great location in downtown Iowa City
Scheduled to pick up stuff at 330. Called and did not hear back from owner until 5 who then had their daughter come open up for us.
Rented from them for maybe 10 years, i missed a few payments, they cut my locks off of my storage units, i mailed money orders to them by certified mails, they never served me any written notice as required by Iowa Law 578A.4 ! Now i have them in Johnson County District Court ! They wont return phone calls, voice messages, text messages, and they dudnt accept 3 of 4 certified letters i mailed to them ! 2 Money Orders for Rent Payments were Returned back to me.I have NO IDEA if they Sold or Threw away my property !
