Never wants to keep my card on file for auto pay
I am trying to set up power but after calling yesterday and today and never being able to leave a message or speak with anyone outside of the outage line, I am not sure how it will be possible for me to set up power. I can see how it is very nice for their employees to get a three + day weekend every week but seems very unfortunate for those of us trying to reach them.
Decent building for how old it is. They do have an online SmartHub which is a nice option if you don't want to go in to pay your bill.
Have always found staff helpful and friendly.
