Been living here for almost 3 years, transferred from one unit to another on July 2024, it’s July 2025 and I still haven’t received my security deposit back. The manager is not responding my emails and they are ignoring my calls. 3 months ago we were late (4 hours) to pay our rent and received an eviction notice. They are 11-12 months late with our security deposit and they are not willing to give it back.
Trying to charge me thousands of dollars 4 years later after move out, you guys are crazy!! There was no property damage, very well kept, and all you had to do was take a couple loads to the dump. This wasn’t even my debt! This was my current roommate at the time. This is his debt, not mine. You guys have got me messed up. I hope you guys get a bug infestation. Already did when I lived there.
Nunca se muden a estos edificios.. Tienen un sistema con el parqueo con las gruas para remolcar tus carros. Los depositos de Basura son un criaderos de ratas estan por todos lados. Son apartamentos viejos sin mantenimiento, El sistema de riego de agua de laa plantas es un desastre. Las alarmas se activan feecuentemente sin dejarte descansar. Las piscinas no funcionan correctamente. El peor complex que he vivido.
We had been looking for an apartment throughout June and even changed rooms twice during the process. Daisy was wonderful—she helped us a lot and was always patient, never minding the trouble. With her help, we finally found a suitable unit. We are truly grateful!
