I have lived at Benton Pointe Apts for 5 years and have had several mgrs come and go. Hannah, who is currently the Mgr is absolutely the best!! I cannot say enough positive things about her. Her willingness to help and her attitude of caring is beyond what most apt. mgrs would do. She is professional yet at the same time warm and friendly. I have seen her make positives changes on the property and never hesitates to address any issue I may have. She truly is the best! This girl deserves a raise! Belinda Ashmore

Liking it so far
I have been living here for 1 year and 7 months, but I am no longer satisfied with any of the services or the new management team. They are very irresponsible in their work. It’s been almost 5 months, and I still haven’t been able to receive my referral bonus. Every time I go to the office, they say the manager is not available or is in a meeting. At this point, I’m considering moving out if I find a better place, and I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone.
