Avoid Benton Pointe Apartments at all costs. Their corporate office operates like a scam. They will come after you the moment you move out. I leased a one-bedroom unit for just four months. The apartment was old, smelled bad from day one, and had outdated appliances. We barely used the unit—just for short overnight stays by my visiting parents. Living at Benton Pointe has been one of the worst experiences of my life. The management is incompetent and unprofessional, constantly ignoring residents’ concerns. The facilities are neglected, with recurring issues such as pipe leaks, poor air conditioning maintenance, and more.
