I had a short in my tail light. Over the course of several months they would "fix it" then it'd go back out after 1-2 months. I asked could water be the issue. They said no. I recently took it to the Franklin dealership and immediately they had zero understanding why Benton did what all they did and yes water was an issue. From now on I'll make the drive to Franklin. Benton costed me hundreds of dollars. The last visit I actually refused to pay for it.
