The service was excellent from start to finish. Communication about billing and timeframes were explained speciftically, everything was as expected regarding billing and insurance. Manish was patient, informative, and very knowledgeable about all aspects of procedure.. i really enjoyed listening to him. He is personable, and made my wife and i feel at ease.
Dr Oubre took his time with me and explained everything for me. He was very personable and friendly. I would recommend Dr. Oubre to anyone with gastric problems.

What stands out the most to me is that all of the staff from the registration lady at the first desk you meet, through the pre-procedure prep area, all the way through the procedure, the people you are seeing and hearing sound cheerful and caring. More smiles and uplifting voices in this little medical community than anywhere I've been. And, as a hospital ER RN and, later, an Educator for a med device maker, I've seen many, many Nursing units if all kinds. This group of doctors, Nurses, and CRNA's, and Techs is very special.
Dr. Rungta and his entire team, including the office staff, provided exceptional care before, during and after my procedure. They operated like a well-oiled machine and exhibited the standard of what “bed-side” manners should be!

Dr. Altug is extremely knowledgeable and great with patients. I have been seeing her for over ten years now and she has helped with my Crohn's immensely.
