Benton House of Douglasville is a wonderful facility. The staff is very nurturing, friendly and caring.
Benton House is a beautiful facility and has a wonderful and dedicated team! They recently had a Super Bowl event for the residents and their smiles were priceless. I wouldn't want my loved one anywhere else if they needed an Assisted Living Community to call home. The Benton House in Douglasville would be my first choice!
My mom was the youngest resident. She felt welcomed, loved and cared for. Mom was a resident for 6 months. She moved rooms to save money to allow her more time in the facility.
BH raised the prices on my parents only 4 months after moving in, forcing them to move again which caused them a lot of grief and financial setback. BH presents a nice upscale image, and is well furnished and nicely decorated in the common areas. But relative to the patients, and my parents in particular there was lack of compassion and concern and I feel in the end it became all about the money.
