★☆☆☆☆ I strongly recommend that families think very carefully before placing a loved one in Benton House Memory Care. My mother moved into Benton House on August 10, 2026. Unfortunately, from the beginning of her stay, I have experienced repeated problems involving basic care, toileting, hygiene, sanitation, communication, and follow-through. For assisted living they are fine, for memory care: keep your loved ones at home truly the best place for them. We even had a camera in mom’s room but endured constant challenges at Benton House Covington. We pulled mom out after a few months. She came back home, stayed with us another year then peacefully passed at home with Hopsice. Please Listen to your heart and instincts, when it comes to elder care.

I moved my mom to Benton House four months ago. After 43 years in the same house, it was a huge adjustment, and I cannot say enough good things about the staff at Benton House for making this transition as easy as possible for both her and our family. It was a totally new experience for us, and I had many questions, all of which were answered promptly and patiently.
