This is a caring place for loved ones. Our relative has been there over 3 years, and it is a great environment. Activities are available, the staff are kind and helpful, and things are always clean and cheerfully decorated.
We are so blessed by and thankful for Benton House of Covington. Our family member is thriving! Caring staff, well maintained facility.
As an employee as well as a resident's granddaughter I couldn't be more thankful for Benton House and all they do! The care team goes above and beyond for not just my Nana, but all of our residents.
My mom is thriving since she moved in and receives wonderful care from the entire team. We are so thankful that we found Benton House and highly recommend it.
I was working for a short period of time due to how this place is ran. Let’s start with the people who are around the residents more than anyone. There is MANY who don’t do there job right and who could care less about anything other than their check. Next let’s move to “ Management”…… yeahhhh that’s a joke 1,000%.
