I can't thank this company enough. After being quoted an outrageous amount by Lowe's, Alyssa reached out to me and came by and gave me a quote TWICE to ensure everything was correct. The installers did an amazing job. We love love love our new floors and will absolutely give them our business again in the future! Y'all have an amazing team!
We have had the best experience working with Mark from start to finish! I was indecisive some and he was so sweet and kind every time I came back in to look at a different color flooring and worked with us the whole way. I would highly recommend Benton House!
I purchased carpet from Benton House Carpet and Flooring and had them arrange installation through their company — another mistake I won’t make again. I understand that many flooring companies use subcontractors (I’ve worked with plenty myself), but I’ve never had such an unprofessional experience or dealt with a business that refused to stand behind the installers they sent. The installer was constantly stepping outside for smoke breaks, swearing, burping, and generally being disruptive in our brand-new home. A job that sho... read more
