Things are always breaking, maintenance requests take weeks to get done. We had a fire alarm go off one morning called the police, police showed up before the manager and landlady. The firemen showed up before them too. The police called the landlady and she couldn’t be reached. The new flood lights are too bright (like it’s daylight at midnight (not okay) and the shades in my apartment barely help, so i had to put blankets over the windows at night.
My son & his roommates are being harassed by the upstairs neighbor & management refuses to help out with the situation. Also they lied about having a washer & dryer in the unit & dishwasher & electric was supposed to be included in rent. Now they're being told their lease will not be renewed.
Very poor maintenance, currently have many problems in my apartment and I’ve called 3 months ago about it and still hasn’t came to fix it.
