Just got a rather "angry" sounding letter from my Doc. I dont really know how to respond. I was not made aware of things that were required of me and when I didnt follow thru with one of his helpers on the phone I got scolded with a mean spirited letter. Up until today I would have given 5 stars. Surely there has been some misunderstanding because the wording is so unlike my Dr.
