staff is rude and impatient. if you dont have good qualities to help others or dont like helping others then dont work for an organization made to help the community.
Bad customer service. They answer the phone, ask for your info, then tell you they need to call you back because "there's a patient right in front of me." I have worked in customer service for years, and both phone and in-person patients are customers. You either put the phone on hold and wait to give it your full attention, or you answer the phone and make the person in front of you wait.
