Benton county has now taken away online check and pay by phone for payment of personal property tax. Only credit card online with a 15+ dollar processing fee required to use that service. $15 bucks are you kidding me. You guys need to find another online provider of that service. It already pisses us off we have to pay a tax on something I already paid for on a yearly basis but then you pass on your poor choice in a payment portal to us. Fix It!!!!
The road department is a disgrace. I have been asking for improvements on my road to make it safe to drive on for the past three years. They send the road grader out to fill the potholes and in a few days the potholes are back. I have been told that the road engineer has a plan but is waiting for dry weather. That was two months ago. I’m positive they are lying and just trying to appease me. Another road near mine had truckloads of gravel spread a week ago. I hope they make it to my road soon.

All I need is a copy of the ballot for voting in the run-off election. I was referred to Facebook, to another web site, to a second web site. This is too difficult.

Hi Maxine, we apologize fo this experience. The best way to find out voting information Is vote.bentoncountyar.gov and you can find out the latest there. Yes, that site will take you to the Secretary of State’s office, which is where all Arkansas voters can view their ballots.
That moment when you get hauled into Benton County over an unpaid ticket and everything goes fine until the booking officer finds your business card with the word Transgender. So they stick you in a private cell next to the male inmates who gawk at you through the window. Make you go into the bathroom alone with a male officer and pull down your pants to photograph a thigh tattoo. Call you "him" repeatedly in front of the inmates, creating confusion and uproar. We try to maintain our property to continue to be an asset to our community.
