Lauren is kind, compassionate, and empathic among so many other positive characteristics. The way I describe therapy with her is like the feeling of getting your favorite fleece blanket fresh from the dryer in all of its smelly good warmth. She was also the first clinician I've worked with who noticed potential neurodivergence and referred me for testing. She was right, and diagnosis and treatment has completely changed my life. I'm forever grateful for Lauren & will always recommend her to others.
Lauren Benton is a very compassionate human being. I have never felt safer talking to someone, and I have been in therapy with her for well over three years. Super kind, always patient, and allows you to build trust with time. If you go to her for therapy it feels like finding yourself again!
