I had a very disappointing experience with this place. I ordered a poke bowl, but received barely a spoonful of tuna, unripe mango, and a huge serving of rice. The quality was far below expectations and what I typically get. The customer service was equally poor. I spoke with the manager, Sheniya, who put me on hold for 15 minutes, only to tell me that everything was done properly, that there was nothing she could do, but give me another customer service number?! Delicious food
It was delivered warm. Best thing i can say. I ordered the drunken noodles and got egg noodles instead. Over - salted and otherwise bland. Inauthentic. Boring. Also, if I have to enter the order, seat myself, and ask for basics like napkins - it takes a lot of Chutzpah to ask for a tip. This crap has gone too far.
Makayla is such a gem, and saved the day! I’m vegetarian and ordered the Drunken Noodles with tofu (not veggie-friendly, unfortunately)! She noticed I was trying to reorder after getting my first dish substitution, and walked me through the menu and subbed my dish, free of charge! Such a pleasure to meet her, and my last (very veggie-friendly) dish was delicious!
