Bento Cafe has great customer service. They had a bit of a line for ordering when I went in just after noon but it moved fairly quickly. The order took time to make because it's all handmade to order. I had a Bento Box which gave me a choice of 2-four piece classic rolls and a California roll. Great taste and was fresh. I'm still getting used to the chopsticks! heheheh

Excellent spot with very good food, very reasonable prices and attentive staff.
You just lost a loyal customer. Used to go there at least once a week but after the service I just received...I will NEVER come back again. I had to eat with plastic silverware because I was told “customers steal all the silverware and this is all they had.” The server came back with another set of forks that was more sturdy...but still plastic.
