I live a mile away. I misunderstood the cost and thought the total for a diagnosis on a Sunday was $133.50. It's poor practice not to mention what the OVERALL total will be. An additional trip fee doubled the price. How else are they going to diagnose the issue other than observing the issue first hand. $267 was never spoken over the phone. I chose Bentley's due to an exceptional value at an exceptional price. My wife had surgery on a Wednesday and the following Sunday our home AC went out. The temperature in our home rose to the upper 80's with high humidity making us very miserable, especially my wife recuperating from her surgery.
