We just had our HVAC replaced and HIGHLY recommend Bentleys Air Conditioning Mt Juliet. Quote was incredibly fair, WAY under Donelson Air, and still better than more competitive quotes. Was recommended from a good friend and so glad we went with them. Bill the owner is a super good dude and the house feels amazing again and ready for summer. Anyone needing reliable people, this is it!

We had a bad experience with this company. The techs don't take the time to diagnose the problem rather, they will put a bandage on the unit. Both management and techs were arrogant about the issue. Will never use them again.

Poorest customer service we have ever received. I had to call 3 times in mid January to get someone to answer the phone. They were quick to get service techs out to diagnos; that was January 24th. We paid the service charge. It is now 2 MONTHS later and I have called 3 different times to get in touch with someone who was supposed to give us options and quotes and I cannot even get that done let alone have heat/air!! I called them on a recommendation from someone, but We haven't had anywhere near the same experience.
