After having a major surge come through my house I contacted Bentley & Sons. They were quick to respond and very reassuring, which was needed. Mike and Zach come out and made sure my house was safe making necessary repairs . Next day Mike and Sam arrived and worked diligently fixing issues. I will not use another company and highly recommend to anyone in need of electrical service to call Bentley & Sons Electric.
Bentley & Sons Electric Inc. are proficient, knowledgeable, courteous, attributes given for their excellent work. Mr. Bentley/Sam (Technician) did tremendous electrical repairs on our water fountain in the backyard of our home, servicing landscape wiring and other details. Michael Bentley and his team arrived at our home this morning and installed a new GFI outlet on our lanai so that we may be able to charge our remote shades without running long extension cords from our living room. We can also use the new outlet to power any appliances while we are entertaining on our lanai that overlooks the Gulf. What an exceptional experience, Kourtney, the first female electrician I have seen, called me to show up EARLY! And she did a fantastic job! I was not home, but my mom was there to let her in. She answered all of her questions with not just an answer but also the "why" behind the answer. We ended up asking for future estimates and will be happy to have Kourtney back over for those services!
I was very impressed with Ms. Kourtney Callan. Her work product was excellent and her problem-solving skills were also evident when we encountered a wiring issue when replacing the lanai fans. She explained everything she was doing and answered any questions that I had including constructive suggestions and possible alternatives for additional projects that I am considering.
