Not a good first choice for a first home purchase. The HOA fees are extremely high, and in my opinion not worth it for what little the association does. The exterior of the condos is pretty atrocious, apart from the buildings that were once burnt down and rebuilt.A lot of the buildings have rot on the exterior and multiple of the units that are on the side of the creek bed are slowly sinking. Hoa is a bunch of busy bodies with nothing else better to do then harass or nitpick their neighbors. Unfortunately we are stuck here but planning our escape slowly
Moved here 3 years ago because it was a cute little community close to everything. It’s all a façade. The HOA here is in it all for themselves. The quaint little neighborhood is not a friendly neighborhood at all. This was definitely the worst mistake moving here I’ve ever made.
