I moved into BR three years ago and it has been great. The community has a great location where everything is close and convenient and we have access to all the major highways making it easy to get anywhere in ATL. The units while old are very well designed and everyone while on top of each other, the design of the condos provides everyone good privacy. I bought my unit in January of 2022 and began serving on the board of directors a few months later. I am still serving on the board today. What I encountered before joining the board that year was a hostile environment with several of the older unit owners screaming at the board during a town hall meeting which resulted in the entire board resigning. We are close to everything: new supermarkets, hiking trails, the Chattahoochee River, gyms, restaurants, as well as I-75 and Battery Park. 12 miles away from Midtown Atl. People here are friendly. I see no basis for the negative reviews; I have lived in other communities, so I can make comparisons and rate Bentley Ridge highly. It’s curious that the longest and most negative comment comes from a user who has only posted that one review. It doesn't seem objective.
