Only care about money, not their tenants. Say they’re “dog friendly” but will not even keep your documents saying you have a dog and then come for you almost half a year later. When they couldn’t track our pet addendum they told us months later bc they weren’t on top of their things and then said we couldn’t move to a townhouse in the same complex- due to their mistake that they blamed on us. Just awful. Had to wait till we’re leaving to make a review because they WILL hold it against you. They're rude, selfish, shady, and you don't feel safe there once you're on their “bad side” because they do whatever they want to fit their agenda. It’s also extremely easy to get on their bad side as their admin is like a bunch of high schoolers who pick and choose who they want to help and who they want to go out of their way to make their lives miserable.
