Excellent handling of my whole experience at Indigo Bentley!! Strong, knowledgeable people there at the dealership. Big shout out to Ethan for a wonderful experience.
Overall disappointing experience. Car was delivered with scratches, dents, driver door rubber coming off, and the passenger power seat not working. Not at all what you would expect from a Bentley dealership. They did give me a loaner and fixed the issues within a week but did overlook the driver door again.
If you are looking for a seamless experience, do yourself a favor and ask for Rob Drayton. From start to finish, Rob was an absolute professional and a joy to work with. It is rare to find someone who balances deep technical expertise with such a friendly, approachable personality.
