Horrible service and is not willing to work with you on any level! Plus they lost another possible sale because I was interested in the silver truck that was on the lot. Could have had two sold but not now

Great experience today, Alex was a great guy. He was upfront with us on the vehicles, didn't pressure us at all. We were able to work out a deal and they were fair with us on the trade also. Hopefully we won't need another vehicle anytime soon but if we do we will make this our 1st stop.

I had a really good experience with the process of actually purchasing the vehicle. I bought a 2007 Subaru Outback with 122k miles. I drove up from Champaign-Urbana to Bentley's and I took the car to a local mechanic after taking it for a test drive. The mechanic took it for a drive, lifted it up to check the underside and went over things under the hood with me. I felt good about going ahead and buying it.
