Doctor was so unprofessional in tone, . Had made booking early but have to wait for so long.
Inappropriate customer service and consultation
I made an appointment because I was very stress and wanted to make a medical certificate but the doctor was asking me proof to show that I am having stress . Is mental illness something that you can show as a proof ? Irony and he was kind of harsh and I did not like at all .
When I went to my appointment, everything was great. The doctor was very clear and guided me through everything, which I really appreciated. However, today I called to request the results of my blood test. According to Australian law, I have the right to access my test results, and I was trying to explain this to the person who answered the phone.
