came here for 3 fillings at one point, they had an assistant fill all 3, a year or so later one filling falls out they tell me “it’s out of warranty” so pay $400 for a new filling and then a week after that another one of the 3 fillings falls out which i’m assuming is going to be “OuT Of wArrAnty” when i go back, can’t wait to talk to you folks that are ripping people off clearly, only time will tell when my 3rd filling falls out and have to pay ANOTHER $400 for another filling that lasted a little over a year, so that’s goi... read more

They won't tell you when you schedule an appointment as a new patient, but they are not in-network for any insurance. So even if you have decent dental insurance that covers all preventative care at 100%, they will still try to charge you $30 for a cleaning because they charge more than insurance allows. The reception area had a Christian music station turned up so loud I could not hear myself think. Dr Bentley- Just left your office and wanted to give you a shout out for the new X ray machine. I never thought there was a way to have a better experience at your office, but you proved me wrong. Your staff is awesome, you and Dr Stevens are awesome, and now you have an awesome new machine for x rays. Going to the dentist is never fun but the smiles and friendliness of your staff make it so much better. I called to see if I could get in today (Saturday) for a possible root canal. I have a procedure scheduled elsewhere on Tuesday, but the tooth is causing a lot of pain and I can't imagine going 3-4 more days like this. The receptionist asked if I have been there before. No, I replied. She basically said there is nothing they can do. I asked if my dentist were to call to refer me to them if that would help.
