I brought my brand new 2021 Flying Spur to Manhattan Motorcars (an official Bentley dealership) in October 2024 for an engine light issue. It’s now June 2025, and the car is still in their possession—unfixed, with no clear resolution in sight. Over the past 8+ months, I’ve experienced inconsistent communication, vague updates, and an unacceptable lack of urgency for a $300,000 vehicle.
