8/19/2025 Visited again for Ioniq Hybrid Clutch Actuator Fluid Change, it was difficult to explain it to them since it's not a common thing to be changed. The closest availability was in mid September, but I was able to call and get it done sooner. They got the work done before I got off of work, and quickly returned my car to me, even with how busy it was. This being my first paid service, I was quite impressed with how much it cost. My vehicle has been there for a month now. I've called 10+ times and haven't been able to speak to a human. When recieving the automated text message there is usually no follow-up. I went up there today in person and talked to customer service, only to receive the response "we don't know where your car is. You're service advisor is in a meeting and we can't help you. Ill leave a note for him to call you tomorrow." Terrible customer service.
I'm giving it a second star because once they got around to diagnosing my Sonata, they solved the problem almost instantly. The problem is, that instant solution came after a THIRTEEN DAY delay. I understand having a long backlog of appointments, but sometimes people have emergency breakdowns, and my situation was effectively that. The fact that the repair was warranty covered and cost me nothing directly, did little to make up for having to put out for two weeks of a rental car. If I could give this place 0-stars, I would. We had issues with the 'auto-stop' feature. They said the engine just needed a 'tune-up', which fixed the problem for two weeks. Now it is back and worse than ever. My wife tried to tell them this and was given the run around. Interactions with the staff have made me decide to NEVER go here again.
