Our Hyundai had been losing air for some time, I took it to Bentley to have it looked at and after 30 minutes, was informed that where the damage was on the tire that it would need to be replaced. I asked how much and was quoted 280.00 plus tax for a tire. Something did not set right so, I said I would hold off. I took the car to another location and within a few minutes of having the car on the lift, I was informed that there was a nail in the tire and the final charge was 32 dollars and some change. Care had a power issue and the service center said not to drive it, have it towed in. So I did so. They have not looked at it or returned calls for 3 days now. No one will talk to me. DO NOT DO BUSINESS HERE!
Great service center. Friendly people. 2 months for a diagnosis wasnt ideal, but service was amazing and quick part replacement after diagnosis was surprisingly fast.
I’ve owned two Hyundai vehicles, I won’t buy another because of the service schedules. Last week I made an appointment for an oil change, soonest one was 7 WEEKS out. This has not improved since my last service. Totally unacceptable.
