I'm giving it a second star because once they got around to diagnosing my Sonata, they solved the problem almost instantly. The problem is, that instant solution came after a THIRTEEN DAY delay. I understand having a long backlog of appointments, but sometimes people have emergency breakdowns, and my situation was effectively that. The fact that the repair was warranty covered and cost me nothing directly, did little to make up for having to put out for two weeks of a rental car. If I could give this place 0-stars, I would. We had issues with the 'auto-stop' feature. They said the engine just needed a 'tune-up', which fixed the problem for two weeks. Now it is back and worse than ever. My wife tried to tell them this and was given the run around. Interactions with the staff have made me decide to NEVER go here again. I am never coming here again. i took my car in because it had a warranty on the engine, and I was told warranty would take care of that. I also was told I needed new tires, new brakes, and a headlight. sure, if I need it, then repair that. I asked for a quote and I was told between 800 to 900. they have currently had my car for 2 MONTHS.
