My Hyundai Tucson has been at Bentley Hyundai in Huntsville, AL, for 12 days. This is the second time it has been serviced to fix a blank cluster display. I am not getting replies to my text messages as to when I can get the car and why it is taking so long. I called a number that was given to me when I left a previous review, and it was a wrong number, so that adds to my frustration with Bentley service. Honestly, this is one of the worst service departments I’ve dealt with. The Parts Department is excellent, but Service is a complete disappointment. No one answers the phone, and when you’re told to text instead, no one responds to texts either. I needed my windshield replaced. Parts had one of the required pieces but needed to order the other so the warranty claim could be filed. I was told someone would call me. After waiting five hours with no call, I drove to the dealership. I stood waiting for 30 minutes before anyone h... read more
David and team did a great job! Had a few non-mechanical component issues. They inspected them, then let me take my car back the next day and ordered parts. Then brought the car back the next week after the parts arrived and they had me taken care of the same day! All concerns/defects appear fully fixed and covered under warranty!
8/19/2025 Visited again for Ioniq Hybrid Clutch Actuator Fluid Change, it was difficult to explain it to them since it's not a common thing to be changed. The closest availability was in mid September, but I was able to call and get it done sooner. They got the work done before I got off of work, and quickly returned my car to me, even with how busy it was. This being my first paid service, I was quite impressed with how much it cost.
