Beyond disappointed. I bought 3 wedding bands here 8.5 years ago. The largest wedding band was beautiful and custom set. At the recommendation of Bentley the ring was set in white gold, even though I wanted rose gold, since the rose was considered a softer metal and wouldn't stand the test of time. In the last year I've lost diamonds in the largest band 4 different times. On 2 occasions the replaced diamond fell out within days of the ring being repaired. I had the pleasure of being helped by Rock at Bentley diamond. His knowledge of the space as well as his attentiveness made this entire process fulfilling and worth while. He was able to work within budget, and provide exactly what my Fiance was looking for. She loved her ring and I can’t thank anybody but Rick for that. I came to Bentley Diamond because I had a very special stone and wanted to find the perfect ring setting for it. I was introduced to Rick, and he helped me with everything from start to finish! We ordered the ring setting, and within a week, my stone was beautifully set. The stone came from my dad, so it means a lot to me — and now I can wear this ring every day. Everyone at the store was so kind, and Rick made the whole process easy and pressure-free. I couldn’t be happier!
