I agree! This place is HORRIBLE. They lost shirts and cuff links and were totally unapologetic. They did give us a credit for the missing shirts but not the links. Then they almost lost a tie (which they found went to another location). In neither case did they bother to return my phone calls or notify me of any issues. I would find another dry cleaner.
This place is terrible. They lost my clothes 3 months agon and I am still trying to get compenstated. I stop by weekly and they just give me the run-around. DO NOT GO HERE!
