Worst place I have ever rented from. Staff is unfriendly, lack of communication. NO PARKING!!!! Unkept. HUGE DISAPPOINTMENT. CANT WAIT FOR MY LEASE TO BE UP!!!!!!!!!!!
Cease unlawful and deceptive practices of renting out apartments and charging a $250 holding fee without showing units beforehand or disclosing that units are handicap apartments (Washington Revised Code § 19.86.020)
