I have taken my furbabies to many veterinarians around Madison County over the years. Not one has impressed me as much as Bentley has. All three vets and the entire staff seem to me to be genuinely concerned and helpful towards pet and owner. I don’t feel taken advantage of or pushed aside. I must say the check ins and thoughtfulness I’ve received, especially from Delaney, has always put me at ease. I want everyone to know how much I and my “kids” appreciate them.

I received Sparkles ashes within twenty four hours. They also sent a folder with her certificate, a poem, bookmark, a hand written note signed by everyone at Paws and more. Thank you again ❤️
Love these people! They are great with my baby.
I would definetly recommend these great doctors to anyone who needs a vet. They all are kind, understanding and will work with you for a solution to help your pet. They even call you at home to see how your pet is doing on their medicine!! They all are great from the receptionists to the helpers. We really love their care. Go see them if you need a vet in Huntsville they are awesome.
Everyone at Bentley is just the best. Our problem dog has seen all 3 doctors and we’re pleased with them all. They welcomed us in last minute before closing (SO sorry) and stitched an ear with smiles on their faces. So thankful for them!!
dont be so rude to your patients parents...have more compassion....communicate better with people on your charges dont just slap them with a big bill not knowing if they can pay or not and say oh well take your furbaby home and do the best u can with it knowing your pet will die without much needed meds
