The customer service was superb. The staff are friendly and ready to help and the Manager genuinely cares for her customers.
Just bought a rolling backpack. Found the bag online but wanted to go to store to buy and have today. Bag was a different price on the tag and rang in as the wrong price. Website indicated on line or in store. Manager repeatedly refused to match the price. Sings all over the store for 25% off select merchandise. After 10 minutes they called the store owner who stated the website has the correct price. The price was corrected but the in store staff who wasted our time did not even apologize or admit fault. They don't offer gift receipts. They didn't have adequate size bag to fit my purchase.
