Booked online at 6.30pm and no one was there even arrived on time... what a waste of time...
Booked online for a 6pm appointment and got confirmation and a reminder! Got there at 5:55pm to find surgery in darkness... hung around just in case until 6:20pm but nothing! Tried calling but number not in use!!! Pathetic excuse for a medical facility!
Nobody home after booking through HealthEngine
Wish I'd read the reviews before booking on healthengine. Booked successfully, however no one at the surgery. Terrible. AVOID!
