I ordered a door from this company and paid over $1,000 upfront. They initially ordered the wrong door and told me they would reorder the correct one. After waiting another two months, I was informed that the replacement door had never actually been reordered. Now they are refusing to place the new order unless I pay an additional 50% for the replacement door, despite the mistake being on their end. The worst experience, Ordered 50+ windows for a sunroom and whole house. Benthall took over 1.5 years to fully complete the order. Where to start. They ordered the wrong windows bc they didn't translate dimensions correctly to vendor causing reorders, they let go/fired 3 different managers who I worked with. Getting them to answer the phone was horrendous. I paid them in full and then they tried to stick me with and additional bill that they eventually sent to collections.
