The worst experience, Ordered 50+ windows for a sunroom and whole house. Benthall took over 1.5 years to fully complete the order. Where to start. They ordered the wrong windows bc they didn't translate dimensions correctly to vendor causing reorders, they let go/fired 3 different managers who I worked with. Getting them to answer the phone was horrendous. I paid them in full and then they tried to stick me with and additional bill that they eventually sent to collections. Their quality of service has declined a lot, they make many mistakes and after more than 10 weeks waiting they tell you that they have made a mistake and your purchase could not be made and that if you want to wait 16 or more weeks, causing your customers to lose confidence in your work
