i am a vet i was threatened and PA attempted to intimidate me. veterans avoid this place they dont like us. i let VA know today. heard worse from another vet i know. will never return.
i usually visit the PCC in Anchorage. when I was at VNPCC for work purposes, they were able to assist, easily. It was a great experience. As with most reviews, any complaints can be submitted to their QA department. there are also surveys for people to fill out if they are dissatisfied with any service provided.
