Awful. Live in one of their new buildings and they cant even clear snow from the grounds properly within the timeline that is set by the city. Fire exits blocked and snowed in, icy main entryways, litter and garbage all over the grounds, amenities aren't being maintained properly. Such a poorly managed building.
I’m very disappointed with BGO Living after my application was not approved it took me to get my deposit over a month the management was not helpful to process my damage deposit I will say to anyone who is looking for rent BGO Living don’t rush to use any credit card or direct deposit you will not get your damage deposit anytime soon I really have a bad experience with this company!
Rent matters only .Residents won’t matters to BGO ..repairs took longer times now. At 95 Charolais ,water shutdowns are happening in morning with no prior information to residents .Every solution is temporary here .
The elevator in my building is constantly out of service. We have only one elevator working. I have written to BGO and nobody has responded.
