Bridge Rental Residences on Eastern Avenue is dysfunctional. The concierge team is great, especially Glen. However, we have no one on-site focused on operations and oversight. Information is sparse, hard to find, and conflicting. Communication errors are frequent and consequential. Upkeep is reactive at best. We don't even have emergency evacuation diagrams posted anywhere in the building. I could list numerous shameful examples of serious errors and lapses, and the poor handling of them. I set up a day to bring up the rest of my id...they had taken my ohip card After that I got a message with information containing an email address that is no longer in my control and personal information. No I DID NOT GIVE THEM PERMISSION TO ACCESS THE INFORMATION THAT IS NOT ONLY INSECURE BUT NOT ACCURATE I have an excellent credit rating... I would not recommend dealing with a dishonest landlord who does not ask for something but instead goes ahead and uses it
Absolutely a disgusting organization. Go see my review over at Camby Modern Rentals (150 Hollywood Dr, Cambridge). No consistency, staff is always changing, and no one cares about tenants. I currently don’t even live in my unit with my husband because they refuse to accommodate. If I could rate negative stars I would. Anyone that works for this company should be ashamed of themselves as the practices are truly disgusting and unethical. They refuse to deal with any issues, and will gaslight you.
