Mary is an absolute angel! She made the most beautiful bouquet for Mother’s Day. Tried to surprise my mom and it turns out, she was out of town on Mother’s Day. I told Mary this and she said she would make a new bouquet and drop one off in a few days. 10/10 customer service. Would highly recommend
I never write reviews but the woman who processed my order was so incredibly thoughtful it would be wrong not to talk about it. I ordered the designer's choice online to be delivered the Friday before my sister's birthday. I provided zero detail. She called within five minutes of my order to (1) offer to deliver the flowers on the date of her actual birthday even though the store would be closed and (2) to ask if there were particular colors she liked. Truly amazing service!
