I have been a client of this firm since 1995. My first doctor was Dr. Nancy Donachie and she is smart and compassionate and straight-talking. Regretfully, she had to cut back on her office hours so her available times did not fit with my schedule. Since then, I have been seeing Dr. Rathidevi Reddy. The staff at the front desk has more issues than the patients. The ugly monkey looking dude and the fat bald guy were taking their forms and talking s**t about their issues REALLY loudly where we all could hear them. Ummm have you ever heard of a HIPPA lawsuit dumb@$$? These losers must be Mcdonald's rejects or something. I'll never go back there again.

I am very disappointed with this office. I arrived on time, had all the necessary documents and was told I had to pay more than what my insurance had told me I was responsible for. I am on a very fixed income and had planned only for a certain amount. The staff was very rude, the physicians use them as their "bouncers". i must say thru the last 6 months dr silverblatt has been very attentive to the changes in my life and putting me on the right meds accordingly, she always returns my calls and is empathetic to what i am dealing with. She is not on call this wknd and I had to talk to a different dr stinkelstein or something wasnt very impressed if i wanted to go committ myself i wouldnt have called you so id stay clear of him he doesant seem very compassionate but give dr S a 5 out of 5 front desk staff id give them a 2 on a good day

Agree, I highly recommend my doctor – I have been seeing Dr Goyal for several years as well, and can confirm she is a great doctor who has helped me a lot with my depression. The people at the front desk are ok though I am not particularly impressed with their service quality.

Not all Doctors in this office are bad – I have used Dr Goyal at this office off and on for MANY years, I have recommended her to multiple people because she is a wonderful caring doctor. I will agree I do not care much for the staff in the front office, but Dr Goyal is awesome!

Bad experience – Too bad I can't rate 0. I had been seeing Dr Silverblatt for over a year. I had read the reviews, but gave her a chance because everyone has a bad day once in a while. No....she is uncompassionate. My last appointment was in Oct., she said to make another appointment in 2 months. As I was leaving, the receptionist said it was too late to make an appointment (I guess she was leaving for the day?) and to call to make one the next day. I forgot to call. Wish i would have read a review before going... – All I can say is that I wish I would have read a review before dealing with the rude and very incompetent office staff at this office. I would say that my doctor is pretty good and caring, but in order to get to the doctor (for an appt, by phone, etc.) you have to deal with the office staff. 1. Turned Away in Crisis – I am a person diagnosed with depression over 15 years ago.
