Make sure you have enough money to see the five extra doctors they send you to. I just paid $35 to have a girl chat. There are much better doctors in Dallas. Dr. Jones did not tell me what was wrong and didnt help me at all. Only thing she did was refer me to 2 other doctors, she didnt even ask if I could afford to go or if I had time to take off work. All she did was generate more money. I had to make an appointment with my orginal PCP. Stupid me trying to find a doctor closer to home and work. All I found was my wallet $70... read more

Simply tried to speak to someone and was put on hold for 20 min!!!!!!!! First person that I spoke with was rude, dismissive and unhelpful. Poor Poor Poor Customer service!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! So very sad after years of being with this group.
This location used to be better...now there is only 1 PA. All the doctors moved to the Frisco location, so I've moved to a different practice.
I am beyond grateful for an amazing doctor and staff that truly cares! Everyone at Bent Tree are kind and professional. I would recommend Dr.Karl to anyone, beyond his qualifications he has a heart of gold!! �
The bedside manor of the whole staff was amazing. Very friendly and the Doctor even went above and beyond to figure out where I could get my prescriptions filled for the least cost.
